Cuesta Women's Wrestling hosted SouthEast Conference (SEC) rival Lemoore for what was supposed to be a double dual with Bakersfield.  The Renegades had to back out of the event and the Cougars earned a forfeit win (55-0), but Moorpark, who had already dualed with Cuesta, made the trip to meet the Golden Eagles halfway for their SEC Dual.  The Cougars five-woman team earend 20 points with Aubree Kooren (131), Ahlexis Terry (138) and Ana Garcia-Delgado all wpinning their opponents by Fall.  Returning All American Ayten Elbarbary earned a Forfeit win at 124, but came back around for an exhibition match and pinned her opponent.  Coach Joe Dansby said, "We are wrestling better and I lke the direction we're going."  Cuesta's Grapplers have completed their 2026 Dual Scehduled with an even 4-4 record.  

The Cougars head South and East this Saturday for their final regular season competition at the East Los Angeles Open in Monterey Park.
