Cuesta Women's Track & Field is loading up with eight athletes qualifying for 15 events at the CCCAA Regional Finals this weekend at Saddleback College in Mission Viejo.  Sophomore Kiana Marie Lambert, along with Freshmen Kristy Huynh and Gwyndolyn Katics (pict) shall all compete in two individual events, before joining Lexington Brewer for the 4x100 Relay. Lambert and Huynh shall both compete in the Triple Jump, before splitting off for the Long Jump and Javelin, respectively, while Katics remains on the track for the 200 and 400-meter runs.  Along with Huynh, the Cougars are loaded in the throws.  Sophomore Harper Clark joins Huynh in the Javelin, while Kiera Taylor and Jaide Tappan hold down the Discus and Shot Put.  The Cougars also have WSC Champion Mia Martin in the High Jump.  

The CCCAA State Championships are scheduled for May 16-17 at the College of San Mateo
