Freshman Diver Raylee Anderson earned all-Western State Conference honors and gave Cuesta Women's Aquatics an edge going in the 2026 Western State Conference Championships (WSC) this weekend. The 3C2A Regional Diving Meet allows all of the Southern California Regional Divers to be scored together, while also earning points for this week's conference championships. Anderson was one of four Cuesta divers at the meet, but the only one to earn all-WSC honors. She earned a season-high 140.20 points off the 1-meter board and finished 5th overall in the SoCal Region and took the Bronze for the WSC to give the Cougars a 16-point head start going into the championship meet.
Cuesta Aquatics travels to Los Angeles Valley College, in Van Nuys, for the three-day Western State Conference Championships. The State Championships are scheduled to open on April 30th in Costa Mesa.
