Returning All American Preston Scharf dominated the field at the 22nd Meathead Movers Invitational on Saturday, after picking also a picking up a SouthEast Conference win against Victor Valley on Friday.  

Scharf earned his first win of the weekend in the 4th-ranked Cougars' SEC Dual against #5 Victor Valley.  The Cougars lost the meets first five bouts but rallied for a tie by dominating the second half of the dual.  Scharf, who skipped his normal weight of 165, stepped onto the mat at 197 and earned the victory with a major decision.  On Saturday, he led Cuesta to a title in the Meathead Movers' Invitational, while moving back to 165 and sweeping the competition with a clean 4-0 run. Scharf is currently 19-0, across three divisions.  His career mark of 47-3 ranks 7th all time and his career winning percentage (min 30 bouts & 2 years)  of 94% is is the best mark on record at Cuesta.
