Returning all-WSC Center Andonis Petroutsas was the only Cuesta player to score in all seven games on the week.  The Cougars faced five ranked teams on the week, including the nationally ranked #3 USC Trojans.  Andonis earned all-WSC honors as a freshman in 2023 and has stepped up to take a bigger role this season.  He tied for 4th on the team with 64 goals as a freshman and already halfway to that mark with a team-leading 32 goals this season.  Andonis has also staked his claim to the Cougars' Center position and has already earned 32 power plays for the Cougars, while also surpassing his 2023 total with just under a month remaining in the regular season.  Hailing from Nikaia, Greece, Andonis is expected to be a major factor in the Cougars' quest for a fifth consecutive Western State Conference title and 45th consecutive playoff berth.
