Sophomore Forward Ryan McNamee led the Cougars as they split a pair of Western State Conference contests last week.  On Wednesday, McNamee opened the week by netting a season-high 22 points, while displaying astounding efficiency from the floor by making eight of his 13 shots, including a pair of three-pointers, plus all four of his free throws.  Three days later, he guided the Cougars to their first conference win of the campaign, while posting a double-double with game-highs of both 16 points and ten rebounds against Oxnard.  McNamee also tied his career-high by converting four three-point shots.  During the team's first swing through the WSC, McNamee has led the Cougars on both the offensive and defensive ends of the floor.  Against the loop, he boasts team-highs in points (14.0), rebounds (8.0) and Blocks (1.3) per game. 

The Cougars continue their first swing through the Western State Conference on the road this week.  Cuesta shall play at Ventura on Wednesday (5 PM) and at Los Angeles Pierce, in Woodland Hills, on Saturday (3 PM).
