This helped the Cougars secure 2nd place in conference. Not only did Martha smash all the scoring records for career and season in her two years at Cuesta, she would always be one of the first to help with gear at the end of practice. She always demonstrated "kindfull" leadership with all her efforts. I have rarely seen a player with Martha's talents that consistently demonstrated such humbleness and kindness to the players around her. One of the best players Cuesta has ever fielded."
